Blue Ridge Carpenters is looking for people who enjoy working with wood and take pride in what they build.
We’re open to experienced carpenters, as well as people with little or no experience who have a strong desire to learn and grow in this trade. Skill can be taught — attitude and mindset cannot.
This is not a job for someone who is only looking to earn a paycheck. We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with their hands, who pay attention to detail, and who see woodworking as more than “just work.”
